The offer in one line

A progression from understanding the situation to written planning, partner implementation and review.

The offer in one lineFree AI screening, $500 report, $3,500 Blueprint, service realisation, then $250 per month management.AI screening callFree12 to 15 minutesSituation screening report$50048 hour deliverySovereign Blueprint$3,500Written planningService realisation$2,500 to $150,000+Separate engagementMonthly management$250 per monthCompliance and annual review

What the screening does

Anna or Brooke qualifies and routes a US citizen living inside the US or living or moving abroad. The free AI call takes 12 to 15 minutes. The written report is a separate paid decision.

What the Blueprint does

A full written strategy with ranked options, yours to keep permanently. The $500 report comes first; the $3,500 Blueprint is a later decision.

The AI screening is free. The $500 situation screening report is delivered in 48 hours. Consult first, build second. All pricing is USD. Annual running costs are separate from setup fees. Partner services are delivered through the FNC partner network. This is not legal or tax advice. A reply or inbound call alone is not a qualified lead.

Anna on the site

The website assistant screens and routes. She does not deliver the advice.

Opening line

I'm Anna, an AI assistant for FNC, Fortune Network Capital. What brought you to the page today?

Anna conducts the free screening, checks fit and routes the next step. Collect contact details after agreement.

  • No legal, tax or financial advice, and no outcome promises.
  • Disclose that she is an AI assistant in the opening.
  • After fit, explain the $500 report once. Do not require payment for free screening.
  • Close warmly without booking when there is no fit.
  • Decline evasion, sanctions workarounds and undocumented-money requests.

Real defects caught and fixed

  • No contact collection after agreement: now collect the agreed contact details.
  • Goodbye loop of up to twenty farewells: enforce one farewell and end.
  • Lost AI disclosure when the visitor interrupted the opener: restore the disclosure after interruption.

FNC / Internal working walkthrough

Brooke on the phone

The outbound opening and ask below are preserved verbatim from facts_offer.json.

Forced opener

Hi {first_name}, I am Brooke, an AI assistant at FNC, Fortune Network Capital. We offer a free 12-15 minute screening call. Is now a good time?

Beat 2

We are not a law firm or tax adviser. We help US citizens explore banking independence, asset protection and a life beyond one jurisdiction. Are you a US citizen?

Beat 3

Are you living in the US and planning to stay, or are you living or moving abroad?

Qualification

Ask one question at a time and listen. Establish US citizenship, present location and profile: A, living inside the US and staying; B, living or moving abroad. Do not determine tax residency or FEIE eligibility. Ask: What is the one issue you most need to resolve? If needed, offer a short relevant prompt, not the entire menu: a bank closed or closing, a payment platform refusing them, everything held in their personal name, no documented legal home abroad, a weak FEIE claim, or reliance on a single passport. Profile A priorities are asset protection, banking independence and international credibility; profile B priorities are a banking rail that works abroad, documented legal home, FEIE documentation support and a second legal identity. Ask what happened, how it affects them, when they need help and who else is part of the decision. Do not require existing foreign income or assets abroad. If not a US citizen or no relevant need, thank them and end without booking. Only once fit is clear, explain our first paid step once: Our situation screening report is $500 USD and maps gaps, risks and applicable solutions in writing. Our advertised report delivery is 48 hours, subject to confirming scope and complete information; do not guarantee a timeline. Repeat the price only if asked or to correct a misunderstanding. Ask whether they would consider that report after the free call; a refusal is not grounds to withhold the free screening or pressure them.

The ask

Would you like to continue our free screening now, or arrange a time for that conversation? Wait for clear agreement. If continuing, proceed with one question at a time; this conversation is the free screening, not a pitch for another preliminary call. If booking or a human conversation is requested, ask: May I connect you with Sofia, our intake assistant, to confirm your details and preferred time? Hand off only with permission. Do not repeat the paid report price already disclosed after fit.

Sofia takes the handoff

With permission, Sofia confirms name, callback number, email, circumstances, the problem, timing and understanding of the paid step. She confirms details already supplied and asks permission before handing off to Kevin.

Confirm FNC caller ID before activation. Transfer number +12025550199 is still a placeholder. The real transfer target is required before handoff.

Guardrails before contact

Separate what is installed and proven from what must still be exercised or confirmed.

Disclosures on every touch

Carry the marketing and no-advice disclosures through the funnel. Voice assistants disclose AI once. Outreach SMS include removal instructions. Luka checks the final sending templates and suppression handling before activation.

Scrub receipt

DNC and litigator scrub receipts are bound to the roster hash. Unreceipted and tampered rosters blocked on the installed copy.

Single-use go token

Missing and used tokens blocked. A fresh token was consumed once and renamed .used.

Disarmed install

Units are installed; no unit is enabled. BRIDGE_ARMED is empty and SEND_ARMED is absent. Installation is not authorization to send.

Shared suppression ledger

The same ledger serves every channel. STOP, language equivalents, typo variants and clear removal requests suppress immediately and end contact.

Opt-out brake

Pause at 5.5%. Halt at 6.0%. These are the locked operating thresholds.

Hours guard

SMS window: 09:00 to 20:00 ET. First send: 11:25 ET Mon to Fri. Bridge window: 10:00 to 20:00 ET Mon to Fri, pending staffed-hours confirmation.

Asterisk edits

Same-inode edits were verified with pjsip show and dialplan show. The reload message alone was not treated as proof.

Secrets

Secrets were filled on the VPS and never printed. The deck contains no credentials or secret values.

Transactional pages

Keep noindex on transactional pages. This internal deck also declares noindex, nofollow.

Proof boundary: the local dry run never reached the hours guard because the operator number was suppressed. Voicemail requeue, duplicate-event protection and watchdog disarm remain unexercised here. The operator call was not placed; inbound verification is still owed.

Infrastructure roles stay generic: the intent feed, the SMS carrier and the voice carrier.

FNC / Internal working walkthrough

What we need from each principal

Each input removes a specific blocker. A placeholder is not a completed handoff.

From Kevin

Booking link

Kevin owns this input. Unblocks booking CTAs, calendar invitations, nurture and rescheduling.

Report and Blueprint payment links

Kevin owns this input. Kevin: separate $500 and $3,500 payment routes unblock paid CTAs and verified-payment handoffs.

Privacy contact email

Kevin owns this input. Unblocks a real privacy contact route.

Real transfer number

Kevin owns this input. Replaces the placeholder and unblocks Sofia's handoff.

Staffed hours

Kevin owns this input. Unblocks confirmation of the bridge window and human coverage.

NY vs FL

Kevin owns this input. Unblocks the final geography and recording-consent operating rules. NY is the current default.

Brochure PDF

Kevin owns this input. Unblocks hosting at /assets/fnc-sovereign-structuring.pdf and the brochure links.

Institution marks decision

Kevin owns this input. Kevin: confirm whether his booked-meetings claim and marks stay; unblocks final approval.

Carrier CNAM

Kevin owns this input. Kevin with the carrier: confirm the registered display name; FNC is already sent as outbound caller ID.

Wordmark file

Kevin owns this input. Unblocks the supplied brand asset in final collateral.

From Luka

Operator test call go

Luka owns this action. Unblocks the explicitly requested call, listening review and independent pass record.

SMS number and campaign

Luka owns this action. Unblocks number assignment and the nextcap-intl-screening campaign used by the poller.

Arming

Luka owns this action. Unblocks deliberate activation after the required tests, inputs and gates are complete.

FNC / Internal working walkthrough

Next moves, in order

The remaining operating sequence, preserved from the adoption state.

  1. Luka: SMS number + campaign in the carrier UI (5 minutes).
  2. Luka: Build the 12 discovery rosters from mac/ with NEXTCAP topics, scrub each, receipts bound.
  3. Luka: Luka requests the operator call: sudo /opt/nextcap-callnet/run_caller.sh --operator-test. Listen. Someone other than the author records the pass.
  4. Luka: Injected-failure battery remainder (voicemail requeue, duplicate events, watchdog trip).
  5. Luka: Generalise dash_build.py / hourly_report.py / recordings page off Su Caso's paths.
  6. Luka: Arm deliberately, per NEW-SESSION-HANDOFF.md section 6 step 8.

Historical infrastructure order from facts_state.md, not current offer copy. Luka owns the sequence; carrier setup blocks roster sending, scrub receipts block sending, independent call review and remaining tests block arming. Inbound verification depends on Bryan. The operator call requires Luka's explicit go, and someone other than the author records the pass.

FNC / Internal working walkthrough

The Haynes knowledge base

The first advisor in our library with real retrieval behind it rather than model memory.

Built and verified on disk

  • Local corpus: ~/.claude/corpus/jeremy-haynes/. 537 documents, 1,572,585 words, his complete published blog. 209 posts carry their source YouTube URL and full chapter timings because his posts are his videos written up.
  • Pulled from his Open Knowledge Format mirror for agents, with zero failed downloads.
  • ask.py ranks documents on a topic and prints his actual passages with the source video link. build_index.py rebuilds the index. CATALOGUE.md is the catalogue.
  • Advisor soul: ~/.claude/advisors/jeremy-haynes-high-ticket-funnels.soul.md. Minted after 23 real corpus queries. Every position cites a document path and a video URL.
  • House Iron Rule: model the framework, never the mouth.
  • Skill: ~/.claude/skills/jeremy-haynes/SKILL.md. Corpus retrieval is mandatory before answering so the advisor quotes published material rather than generic marketing knowledge.

Honest limits

  • His 38 skill files at https://jeremyhaynes.com/skills are email-gated. We do NOT have them. The posts are the source material those skills were generated from.
  • His revenue and spend figures are self-reported, not independently verified FNC results.
  • Retrieval is lexical. A vague query can return an adjacent document. Refine the query rather than trust the first hit.
  • He sells programs and states that he withholds 80 to 90 percent of what he knows from free content. This corpus is the free tier.
  • Publication verifies what he teaches. Only FNC’s own measurements establish performance for FNC.

Luka’s standing order, 2026-09-22

“for any other things dont assume check jeremy hanes youtube hes the best at all of what we doing so you can source right answers and gudance from there so we doing things that are verified first hand to work right now”

“landing pages funnels flows copy whole 9 use jeremy youtuve”

“make a jeremy hanes advisor persona for us ... let it know all jeremy knows and be our advisor on all things”

Corpus, tooling and advisor facts verified by Luka. The operational interpretation is source-first advice within the honest limits above, not a claim to possess all of Haynes’ knowledge.

FNC / Internal working walkthrough

The VSL method: our audience

Affluent buyers: this is FNC

  • US citizens with assets considering a $3,500 written strategy.
  • Haynes gives a 2 to 15 minute range and says 2 to 5 minutes performs well.
  • Short, direct communication. Plain black and white. Minimal imagery, no corner logo or flashy production.
  • State price early. Genuine identity and track record only. No value stack or media-logo proof.

General public: context

His general norm is 10 to 20 minutes across audiences. That is not the FNC production target. Price still belongs up front.

Choose the format for production

Haynes says talking head, slides with voiceover, and split-screen perform about equally. Record B with a human narrator first. Kevin can record A later; neither format is an established FNC conversion winner.

Jeremy Haynes’ framework, as recorded in vsl-method.md. These are his claims, not FNC’s measured results. The source documents and their YouTube URLs are linked below, taken from the local corpus metadata.

FNC / Internal working walkthrough

The VSL method: flow and diagnosis

Seven steps, in order

  1. Hook: exactly what you help with.
  2. Credibility: answer why the viewer should listen.
  3. Buying motives: common needs first, then niche needs.
  4. Offer and price: deliverable, scope and cost.
  5. Objections: the supplied real objections, without invented frequency.
  6. Qualification: who it is and is not for.
  7. Call to action: clear and direct.

Compress the full argument into the first 60 to 90 seconds, then expand in the same order. FNC’s summary ends at 90 seconds.

Headline + video + application

Use this rule on /blueprint and future ad landing pages. Keep the screening action visible immediately. No extra persuasion sections, navigation, FAQ or price stack. /booked is preparation and keeps its useful guidance.

Wistia or Vidalytics for retention analytics. Show controls, seeking and chapters. Use a short muted opening preview that restarts the full video when played. Keep cold traffic off the pending video slot.

Retention patternInvestigation
Steep initial dropReview the hook.
Sharp mid-video dropFind the unanswered question at that point.
Gradual declineMay be healthy self-qualification; compare screening starts and qualified calls.

Jeremy Haynes’ framework, as recorded in vsl-method.md. These are his claims, not FNC’s measured results. The source documents and their YouTube URLs are linked below, taken from the local corpus metadata. These are diagnostic heuristics, not proof of causation.

FNC / Internal working walkthrough

The voice: confidence from specifics

How we speak

Blunt, short declarative sentences, often three to seven words. Full stop. New line. One person: you. Name the problem before the plan. Say the uncomfortable part first. Repeat key openings for rhythm. No shouting or impersonation.

“Get a written plan.” Repeat those exact words. Put $500, 48 hours and $3,500 early. Keep factual limits in spoken copy and captions. The report timing is a target, never a guarantee.

What we refuse, and why

No self-superlatives, boasts, mockery, named competitors or political language. No invented statistics, testimonials, media-logo proof, inflated value stacks, fake scarcity or urgency. No promised rate, approval, timeline or outcome.

The boastful register asks a serious buyer to trust adjectives and exaggeration. The chosen voice earns confidence with concrete deliverables, conditions and honest limits. Haynes’ affluent-buyer guidance supports that choice; FNC has not measured a performance advantage.

Keep Kevin’s exact founder line attached to its immediate spoken qualification: it describes a goal, not a guaranteed result. C stays calm and useful because the viewer has already booked.

Recognisable FNC signatures

FNC lion sealThe site lion, drawn in white outlines.

White line-art lion. Floating centred translucent navigation pill, white lion in the middle. Regular-to-bold weight shift inside one headline, at the same size.

Consult first. Build second.

Both golds are gone

No gold lion or wordmark treatment. No gold interface accents, borders, buttons or highlights. Use the white lion and neutral surfaces; green is the only focal accent. No legacy gold palette returns.

Measured token source: brand.json. The plain black-and-white production canvas for the VSL is a documented format rule, not a replacement deck identity.

Copy rules, everywhere

Write plainly

  • Sentence case. No em dashes. No emoji.
  • Concrete words and short sentences. No invented proof or value stack.
  • All prices USD. Annual running costs separate from setup fees.

Keep conditions attached

  • A jurisdiction’s rules are conditional, not the reader’s personal rate.
  • Suitability depends on citizenship, residence, source of income, activity and professional review.
  • No guaranteed bank access, protection, programme approval, rate or timeline.
  • The 48-hour report specification is a stated target.

Keep the offer intact

  • Free AI screening before the paid report. Report before Blueprint.
  • Implementation is separately agreed; management has its own scope.
  • Attribute partner services to the FNC partner network.
  • Identity and team composition are not evidence of client outcomes.

Apply these rules to pages, ads, captions, scripts, SMS, emails and voice prompts. Preserve the founder line’s immediate qualification. FNC is not a law firm or tax adviser.

A: opening eight spoken lines

Your bank closed your account.
You told them you moved.
Get a written plan.
Before you buy a structure.
I'm Kevin Loeber.
Managing partner of Fortune Network Capital FZCO.
We're in IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Production decision

B lets work proceed without Kevin, using the supplied third-person introduction. Never impersonate Kevin. A and B carry the full sales argument; C is preparation and D is a cutdown, neither replaces them.

The animated HTML is silent. Narration, recording, captions, hosting and the final embed remain outstanding.

The to-do board

Done and verified

Verification recorded in todo.md by Luka. Not a fresh deployment check by this build.

  • Client's own design language adopted, measured in a browser: white lion, green #055133, Playfair + Manrope, glass pill nav
  • Kevin's brief v2 is the source of truth: USD, five steps, $500 report, $250/mo, 19 solutions, 16 jurisdictions, two US profiles
  • Their real sections carried over: 8 team members with photos, 12 institution marks, world map, segments, FNC-reported stats on /capital
  • Maximal visual pass: cinematic photographic hero, parallax, floating photos, scroll-scrubbed wipe, ambient light, hover everywhere, 11 motion systems
  • The three-plane registration moment, verified driving 0 to 1
  • MyNewStaff purged from every page, the deck, the texts, both AI callers, and the outbound caller ID
  • 14 outreach SMS rewritten, longest 185 chars, banned-word list passes, schema validates
  • Anna rewritten: five step offer, two profiles, closing procedure, one-farewell rule, interrupted-opener disclosure
  • Anna sparred 5/5 PASS voice-to-voice on the deployed build
  • og.png rebuilt in the new language
  • 15 pages + deck deployed and curl-verified, zero USD, zero gold, zero MyNewStaff
  • Researched the current method from Jeremy Haynes' own markdown mirror to _source/vsl-method.md
  • Four scripts written in the Hormozi-direct voice to vsl-scripts.md
  • Animated slide VSL built and live to https://fnc.mynewstaff.ai/vsl (31 slides, 5:00)
  • Teleprompters now serve the new scripts from the same source
  • Kevin Loeber, managing partner, confirmed in the brief’s identity addendum; surname is no longer blocked.

Waiting on Kevin

  • Kevin: Booking link. Unblocks: Calendar invitations, booking CTAs and rescheduling.
  • Kevin: $500 report and $3,500 Blueprint payment links. Unblocks: Separate checkout and verified-payment handoffs.
  • Kevin: Privacy contact email. Unblocks: A real privacy contact route.
  • Kevin: Sofia’s real transfer number. Unblocks: Human handoff; the supplied number remains a placeholder.
  • Kevin: Brochure PDF and wordmark file. Unblocks: Final hosted brochure and supplied identity asset.
  • Kevin: Staffed hours. Unblocks: Confirmed human coverage and bridge window.
  • Kevin: Institution marks decision. Unblocks: Approval of his “we booked meetings with” claim.

  • Kevin: Record A, C and D. Unblocks: Finished on-camera assets; blocked by Kevin’s recording availability.

Waiting on Luka

  • Luka: Operator call and independent listening pass. Unblocks: Blocks activation; Luka must initiate the test and obtain the pass.
  • Luka: SMS number and campaign in carrier UI. Unblocks: Blocks poller and sending; assignment and campaign setup remain outstanding.
  • Luka: Narration, edit and captions for B. Unblocks: Blocks finished narrated video; no Kevin dependency.
  • Luka: Wistia or Vidalytics account, upload, chapters and embed. Unblocks: Blocks playable sales video and retention data; needs account access and finished asset.
  • Luka: Final screening and mobile playback checks. Unblocks: Blocks cold traffic; needs installed video and working screening action.
  • Luka: Caller-name reconciliation on /next and SMS. Unblocks: Blocks coherent callback expectations; copy names Anna while Brooke is the installed phone persona.
  • Luka: NY or FL decision and scrub/discovery spend ceiling. Unblocks: Blocks roster scope and budget; confirm with Kevin before launch.
  • Luka: Remaining failure tests and inbound verification. Unblocks: Blocks activation; Luka runs requeue, duplicate-event and watchdog tests; Bryan must resolve inbound verification.
  • Luka: Dashboard, reporting and recordings paths. Unblocks: Blocks FNC-specific reporting; replace inherited paths before arming.
  • Luka: Deliberate arming. Unblocks: Blocked by missing principal inputs, receipts, operator pass and remaining tests; only Luka arms.

This week without Kevin

  • Luka: use the built B slides and record a human narrator with the third-person introduction. Blocker: narrator session.
  • Luka: time slides to voiceover, edit and export a 16:9 master, then create captions. Blocker: recorded audio.
  • Luka: prepare the 9:16 D narrator variant and short muted hook preview. Blocker: recording and edit.
  • Luka: obtain hosting, upload and configure chapters, controls and preview restart; replace the pending embed. Blocker: host account and finished asset.
  • Luka: check mobile crops, captions, prices, seeking, keyboard controls and screening end to end. Blocker: installed asset.
